Our company has developed distillation Automatic rectification device "URA" (utility model patent nr. 112197 10.01.2012) running distillation column so that the distillation of alcohols of inferior quality through it (Luxe, Extra, Basis etc.) can separate residues of impurities of head and tail fractions with fineness unattainable while using standard technologies of alcohol production.
Patent nr 2492228 10.09.2013 was issued on this production method.
The quality of the alcohol tests confirmed by Protocol № 103052 03.12.2013 issued by the testing laboratory, LLC "ProdMashTest" Moscow.
Alcohol "Luxe" purified this way was tested. Comparisons were done in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 51652-2000 on eight physical and chemical indicators of alcohol "Alpha".
Moreover, the volume fraction of the most dangerous methyl alcohol was 0.001% vs. 0.003% for "Alpha" - 3 times better, not to mention the 0.03% for "Lux" and "Extra" - 30 times better!
Today we offer a project to create industrial pilot plant with capacity of 200 l/hr, installation and trial operation at your facility. We are ready to pass simple patent licensing agreement so that you can use our patents, also provide service maintenance of "URA".
Installation scheme:
Installation parameters:
Min. necessary area of thermoisolated premises
200 m2
Min. height of the premises
7 m
The volume of natural gas consumed in the heating phase up to
100 m3/hr
The volume of natural gas consumed in the selection phase up to
6,8 m3/hr
Electricity consumption (cooling electric generator)
50 kW
The volume of the vessel for 30% hydroalcoholic mixture of
8 m3
The amount of alcohol for one fuelling
2100 l
Steam heating time (1t of steam/hr)
1 hr
Settling time for steam flow 70 kg / h
1,5 hr
Time for "head” selection
1 hr
Time selection of pure alcohol
10 hr
Time for “tail” selection
1 hr
Draining of the remainder and filling the reservoir again
1,5 hr
Total cycle time
16 hr
Daily installation capacity 2000+450=2450 l of pure alcohol or about 12250 0,5 l bottles of alcoholic drink
Projected operating costs:
Natural gas consumption:
100 m3(heating) + 6,8 m3 * 13,5 hr (selection) = 191,8 m3/2000l = 0,1 m3/l * 4rub/m3 = 0,4 rub/l of alcohol
Electricity consumption
50 kW * 16hr/2000 l = 0,4kW/l*3,5 rub = 1,4rub/l of alcohol (cooling by electric generator)
Labour expenses:
4 hr * 130rub / 2000 l = 0,26 rub/l of alcohol
TOTAL: 2,06 rub/l alcohol or 2,06/5 = 0,41 rub per 0,5l bottle of alcoholic drink
Projected investment costs:
The cost of the pilot plant including design works: 26 million rubles (10 months)
Installation: 1,5 mln rubles (2 months)
The cost of maintenance and use of the patent: determined by the contract.
